What To Expect When Placing Refills

To meet your expectations and ensure timely service, please make sure you have refills available on your prescription. If not, we recommend contacting your healthcare provider ahead of time, or you can allow us 3-5 days to reach out to them on your behalf for a new prescription.

As our compounded prescription medications are personalized, we ask that you contact us 3-5 days in advance to ensure we have everything in order. This allows us the time needed to ensure your medication is compounded accurately and prepared to meet your specific needs.

For expedited requests, please let us know the exact date you need your prescription, and we will do our best to accommodate. Please remember, we are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and we are closed on weekends and holidays.

If you need your prescription shipped, please allow up to 10 days for delivery to ensure it arrives on time.
